SCI640D Digital Image Sensor

SCI640D is a Readout Integrated Circuit (ROIC) for detector arrays with a resolution of 640x512 pixels and a pitch of 10┬Ám. It provides up to 190 frames per sec through 1 high speed digital LVDS outpout port. It has on-chip 16-bit ADCs. Total power dissipation of the ROIC is 200mW.

SCI640A_15_DI Image Sensor

The SCI640A_15_DI is a Readout Integrated Circuit (ROIC) for detector arrays with a resolution of 640x512 pixels and a pitch of 15um. It provides up to 120Hz frame rate at a power dissipation of 150mW.

The SCI1920A_A_15_V0 is a Readout Integrated Circuit (ROIC) for detector arrays with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and a pitch of 15um. It provides up to 120 frames per sec through 8 single ended analog output channels.

CPLD Board

The CPLD Board here consists of a programmable logic device, ADCs, DACs, voltage regulators to provide programmability and flexibility in controlling SCI designed Image Sensor. The board here can be programmed to provide appropriate control signals to the Image sensor.

The FPGA Board here consists of a field-programmable gate array, JTAG, USB2.0 plug, voltage regulators to provide programmability and flexibility in controlling SCI designed digital Image Sensor. The board here can be programmed to provide appropriate control signals to the Digital Image sensor.

USB 2.0 Adapter

The USB2.0 adapter shown here can be used to plug into any compatible board developed at SCI. This board can be plugged into FPGA board used to test the image sensors developed by SCI and can be used to create a raw image from the data generated.
